CCPPP Announces 2018 P3 National Awards

A 500-kilometre-long transmission line boosting power to northeastern Alberta and a unique Ontario university student housing project are among the five winners of this year’s National Awards for Innovation and Excellence in Public-Private Partnerships (P3).

The federal government is contributing more than $10 million toward the creation of a new nuclear medicine facility at the University of British Columbia.

Employees of Vancouver’s Modern Niagara, recently renamed from Keith Plumbing and Heating, lent their expertise to several local charities as part of Modern’s first-ever Community Day. The Vancouver crew joined 400 of their colleagues across Canada to put aside work on October 19 for volunteer activities.
